On 17 September 2024, Realtek Informatics Telecom JSC was granted a certificate by the certification body ISOCERT confirming that its quality management system conforms to ISO 9001:2015. The certificate is valid until 16 September 2027.

Consulting, designing, importing, trading, installing and maintaining information technology and low-voltage (ELV) electrical systems: the full range of work Realtek carries out for customers, from assessing needs to maintenance after handover.

ISO 9001 is the international standard for quality management systems published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). The 2015 edition requires a process approach, risk-based thinking, a focus on customers and continual improvement.
